Of all the disasters that can happen to a vessel on the water, fire must be near the top of the list. Marine fire accidents are extremely dangerous, very destructive and very costly. Boats have many potential sources of ignition - fuel, electronics and engines, and simply because a boat is on water does not mean it cannot very quickly burn.
Proper fire fighting equipment is vital for every boat. Truelight Marine offer the solutions for most fire fighting requirements, installing fire suppression systems for every type of pleasure craft, small boats and larger yachts.
With older systems the engine space is filled with the CFC or HFC suppression agents that decompose into toxic or acidic post combustion by products, and this causes untold collateral damage.
We specialise in the installation and servicing of Saclon automatic extinguishers, a fixed fire fighting system to protect valuable machinery and equipment in marine applications.
This Saclon fire suppression systems Truelight Marine use allows for the rapid localisation of the fire, thereby minimising collateral damage.
